Default 3-8

Today I hand tilled a small pepper garden, removed some of the soil and replaced it with compost & bags of topsoil then covered it with a plastic tarp so weed seeds won't invade between now & pepper planting time. Maybe I missed my calling, I find shoveling and working outdoors so much fun. It didn't even feel like exercise mentally. I'll sleep well tonight, my muscles are really tired and sore.

Day 15-half way there and still having to force myself to exercise. I hope it begins to feel like a part of my daily routine soon.

It's still a struggle for me too. Doesn't quite feel like a habit yet. Soon hopefully....

You too? That surprised me since you're so faithful and do so much exercise. Let's hope it's as natural as breathing soon.

1 hour TBW. I really cranked it up a notch today to the point of getting a cardio workout and added more core exercises with the remaining time.

need2losen2010: It looks as if you're still having problems posting. I found that if clicking on the Reply to Thread submit button doesn't work then I use my browser's back button and click on Additional Options submit button. Usually by the 2nd or 3rd try it goes through without having to retype anything.

3.5 MILES ON TM Tonight; my legs are sore, had to back off a bit on the speed & incline. Tomorrow is another day..
