Physical job, exercise too?

For those of you that have a physical job, do you exercise too?

Just wondering if I should get my butt in gear and do more. :)

My job is very physical, but my body is used to it, in fact my body is used the activity plus me weighing a lot more. So yes I exercise, my weekly goal is to get in 6 hours, give or take.
