Calories Burned
When I log in my activity, the calories burned does not even come close to what my heart rate monitor says I've burned. Therefore, I find myself increasing the time I actually performed the activity in order for it to equal what my monitor says I burned. How can I make this part of my log more accurate???

I am also adding or subtracting to match up my actual cals burned too.
We are hoping that custom activities will be added to the list we have already requested and submitted to the Administrators of FitDay.

Yeah, I usually have to modify the time or the intensity to get FitDay to match what my heart monitor, or garmin is saying. I do try not to go overboard, however. I would rather under estimate the calories burned and be pleasantly surprised, that over estimate and feel stymied.
