Exercise during travel
We are taking a two week Harley trip out west. I'm struggling with how I'm going to get some workout time in during our long days on the bike. We probably be riding anywhere from 10 - 12 hours per day on some days. Space is limited so I don't have room for the laptop and DVD's. What would you suggest?

I travel for work and don't always have time for the gym and try to pack light. I always take my Yoga strap and an exercise band, very minimal space requirements and I can at least get some exercise and stretching in.

Are you staying in hotel/motels along the way? Most of them have some type of workout room even if it is just a treadmill and exercise bike. 15-20 minutes would be good just to get some activity after being on the bike for 10-12 hours.
