Depends on the activity in the DVD. If you put the activity in google, for example, 'Zumba calories burned', or even the title of the DVD (sometimes obscure titles actually have that information laid out neatly) you will generally find your answer and you can tweak some other Fitday activity to reflect the calories you burned. That's what I do. If I'm making an estimate, I'll log slightly less than my estimate, because a few extra calories burned doesn't hurt anyone, and might make up for the 'taste-testing' of white sauce I won't log at dinner time! 
caloriesperhour.com has a whole heap of activites listed. You enter your weight and time spent and it will estimate your burned calories.
