I am a HUGE advocate of High Intensity Interval Training. I have been in the Fitness Industry for 15 years and love the fact that I can incorporate all of my favorite exercises into one INTENSE workout. My workouts are based on timed Intervals of Plyometrics, Yoga, Weight Training, MMA Training, and Body Weight Exercise. I never get bored because they are fun and intense!
