Calorie Count

Hi Everyone,

I am new to this website, a friend of mine told me about this website so i joined it. I am also new to weight training (its been 4 months). I usually go to the gym 3 - 4 times a week and when i go i usually stay around 2.5 - 3 hrs because i do a full body workout. I have done split (if thats what they are called) workouts before but it turns out that i sometimes miss a routine because of uni or other things so i thought it would be more efficient if i go to the gym and work out the whole body. I try to stick to the compound exercises. Anyways, that's not my issue. The issue that i am having is that i don't know how many calories i am eating per day...i did an approximation and it came to somewhere around 1800 cals/day and i think that is not enough for someone who is 5'11"...80kg and i also want to know what can be done to replace the calories burned in the gym...i burn around 700 calories in the gym and half of those calories come from cardio. Can someone please help me out. Thanks

A regular vibration exercise routine will help you increase your heart rate, and that in turn will burn calories. Strength training not only tightens and tones, helps strengthens your bones, prevents muscle loss and injury, but there are significant weight-loss benefits.

Are you trying to lose weight or are you just toning your body? That makes a big difference in how many calories you eat per day.

April, the person you are talking to is LONG gone. For some reason TrainersRoom revived this long dead thread.

What a joke

Oh geesh! They seem to like to post strange answers on threads. I saw at least one other one today. Almost like

But I hesitate to point fingers as this isn't their first post.

You called it! It's spam-like, that's for sure.

And this is nothing new for this person either. Believe me, I know. ;)

"Vibration exercise" sounds wrong.
