Try this
Cooper river bridge run and walk april 2 charleston, sc. It is a 10 k run in the sunny south. I am now on week 6 with fit day have lost 15lb and have a poster on the wall in front of the treadmill ( beside the tv) and use it for motivation. I plan to run the bridge this year after watching everyone else do it for the last 20. Join us!!!

That sounds like an awesome goal--keep your eye on the prize and your Nikes on the 'mill and go for it! :D
