Mar 4th I got back on fitday, hopefully for the duration I did the P90X chest...finished it but many many areas of weakness in need of improvement

Day 1/84
Got to work an hour early, got 4 sets of bench press, 3 sets of incline bench press and incline dumbbell flye done, will try and get the other 3 exercises done on my lunch break
won't able to do the 2 cable exercises and the standing calf raises done as we haven't got those machines here, I'll have to improvise
got everything done except for the cable stuff and the standing calf raises, didn't have the gear for that, but I lifted for a total of 1 hour 5 minutes, and I sure am sore now! looking forward to day 2!

Played hooky from work yesterday and went to the gym in the early am.
Ran/ walked on the tredmill for an hour and alternated from jogging to fast walk on the incline for an hour.
I then hit the weights and did a few sets of squats & deadlifts. I then moved to the machines and did some leg presses and leg extensions and then finished off my work out on the ab machine.
I also did a about 4 hours of painting later in the afternoon on a side job.

I did. on week 6 of Insanity and did Max Interval Plyo today. killer workout, making series one DVD'd like child's play. still very sore, but too excited to try Max Interval Conditioning tomorrow.

I'm finally done with my painting side job and plan on hitting the gym long & hard after work today. However, painting made me quote sore over the last few days, all that climbing up & down ladders, rolling & brushing on paint. I guess I've gotten "soft" with my desk job...
