Worked on my Wii fit today for about 30 minutes. My goal is to at least start out by working out on the Wii fit for at least 30 minutes a day or every other day and eventually add more activities as I go.

i did my strength training & a 25 min walk this morning.

Just getting ready to go out for my lunch time 1.5 mile walk. It's a balmy 34F so I'll work up a good sweat today!

Oh how I love nice weather!! 1 hour walk...outside!!! yay!! 30 min Denise Austin fat blasting yoga.
Maybe some pilates during American Idol if I feel up to it. |
seriously wanting to go for a run but it's raining pretty bad. I may still go out, the tide is supposed to be spectacular- getting a tad drenched isn't bad :p

not doing my walk today as it's - 30 c outside brrrrr, but instead i practiced my bollywood dance routine for 20 mins & did my strength training. i'm also off for probably an hour long bollywood practice this morning as well.

Great run!
I'm not a speed demon, nor yet amazing on endurance, but I am proud of what I can do - I ran 35 Minutes, and 3.5 miles today, and I feel great!

MEh...came down with a cold...no exercise for a few days unfortunately:mad:
