Rose, 40 minutes moving, always a great feeling!
Mary – I’ve never been much of a bike rider, but can only imagine the joy of getting to the top of the hill.
SW starting the day with a run is a great way to get it good.
Pam, wow!
As for me – 40 minutes on the elliptical, and ready to rumble!

Motivation to get my brakes tuned up so I can enjoy the reward the next time I bike up it.

I like the way my body is responding to the exercise. The ride I worked up to is now too short. That's why the hill has to be added. Mary

Wow Mary,
Another inspiring post. By all means, do get those brakes fixed . The downhill should be the fun part of the ride. Feeling the progress and results of exercise is one of the best feelings in the world IMHO :p.

Yup a little sore today, but not as bad as I had expected. Will go for a short, easy run a little later this morning.

Hi there. good stuff. I did a 20 min jog on the tredmill, then a 20 min weights sessions. Not the best but not bad for a busy sunday.

Swiming in my daughter's pool then chasing grandkids at the splash park. Fairly active this weekend. Mary

Everyone on this thread is totally motivating me. It's very inspiring! Thank you all!

Today I ran/walked for 40 minutes and was able to do 16 minutes of running. :) Then I did 30 minutes on the cross trainer at the gym so I definitely got my cardio on today! 70 minutes total.

Yeserday I kayaked for 2 hours on the local lake, I also swam for half an hour to cool off - it's prety hot here!

Oh I love kayaking! But I don't get much of a opportunity to do it - your day sounds perfect!
