Hey, Zoe! Everybody has to start somewhere, and it really doesn't take long to get back in shape. I'm an old bat, 63 years on this earth, and three months ago, I couldn't walk up the slope of my driveway without stopping to catch my breath. Today, I'm doing an easy 2.5 miles with a 3% grade and feeling like I can do more. Just keep at it!
Thanks alot! I definitely will keep at it. No turning back now! :) |
Had to skip the run this morning :(
Too much to do at work and couldn't get my butt out of bed early enough |

Trying to convince myself to get out after work. When I manage to do it I actually love an evening run, but it seem like I can hardly ever talk myself into it. BUT you may have just inspired me. THANKS!

Everyday...Zumba or another cardio dance 60 mins every morning, curves 3-4 nights a week and then 2-3 mornings I also do a lower body strength. I won't miss a day, it makes me feel good about myself and I enjoy it..:)

THANKS - not the best run ever, but very much needed. Wouldn't haven't have done it without the nudge. How about you SW? |

How about you SW? Did a lil over 4miles in 32:49- it was a good run. The weather was a nice & balmy 71* with a slight breeze, a gorgeous way to wind down after work. Here's the route: http://traininglog.runnersworld.com/...cadb608e0b9d91 http://i127.photobucket.com/albums/p...int4-20-11.jpg Gonna try to for an early AM run before work tomorrow... |
