Oh man, I am not a fan of doing sport but working in front of computer is torturing me. It caused back pain, so I try a kind of light sport a.k.a doing yoga. I don't do yoga by myself. Usually I do it with my kids and it is so fun seeing them on kids yoga mat and they are imitating yoga guru lol

I want to present myself, my name is Dany, I'm 64, born in Argentina but living in Israel.
I lost 14 kg in 7 months with the diet, exercise, and Saxenda.
Since I'm a kid, I loved sports, soccer, running, cycling, swimming, etc. I hade participated in many triathlons (before a few years ago).
Today, I'm doing twice or three times a week cycling each time 1- 1 1/2 hours, and twice a week, I go swimming for 1 hour or 2000 m, each time.
Fill excellent, full of energy.
