day 2 of new journey
 
I walked 2 miles this morning and lifted weights for 30 mins.

This is a new journey I'm starting. I'm 53 and 100 lbs overweight. I'm going to push myself to walk, at least, 2 miles each day for 90 days straight.

5 mile run outside

3 mile run, 1 mile walk in the surf, on the beach tonight, 20 minutes heavy lifting, plus played with and took care of my 7 rescue dogs, 8 rescue cats and bird!

Just sitting down for the first time since I woke up this morning.

Too hyper to even think about sleeping!

Hi All,

Just started my first day of P90X3!

I was a long time P90X guy, but have been on Kettle Bells for two years (didn't like P90X2)

Today I started with high-intensity Zumba routines, and proceeded to stretch and strengthen with ballet routines. In all, I exercised for 1 hour today and plan to do it tomorrow :)

Two days ago, the Agility routine from P90X3, Yesterday the Yoga. Can't wait to see todays new routine, but a little sore...

Today I pulled my 1 year old niece around the block on the sled for about half an hour, and then skipped rope for a few seconds. Got in 35 before I missed today. Working on reaching 50. My dream goal is to be able to skip rope for a 5 minutes or longer. :)

I did some body weight strength training this morning and trying to figure out my evening to see if I can squeeze in a couple of miles. Class was canceled last night, so I ran last night.
