Hi All!! I have been away from fitday for a while, but i ma back I set a couple of goals for 2013, 1) Half marathon by may and 2) a full marathon by years end. Should be a challenge as I am not a very good runner and have never run any kind of distance.
Today i got 3 miles in.

I did close to 6 hrs of yardwork yesterday, I got busy cleaning and prepping my garden area. Tilling the hard ground by hand is not fun...
