Did You Exercise Today???

Hi All!! I have been away from fitday for a while, but i ma back I set a couple of goals for 2013, 1) Half marathon by may and 2) a full marathon by years end. Should be a challenge as I am not a very good runner and have never run any kind of distance.

Today i got 3 miles in.

Just got back from a nice 1 1/2 hr gym session and I even rode my bike there

I DID! haven't been on here for a while, but new year and all that. I went to the gym today, and did 35 mins on the x-trainer, 25 mins on the bike, and some weights.

Daily exercise reporting...
Love it -- reviving it!

Today's workout:
3 laps up my favorite stretch of stairs with a load.
  • Weight vest load: 22lbs -- 13.25% of body weight
  • Total elevation gain: 1,255ft
  • Total distance: 3.5mi
  • Time: about 50min

Thanks for the revival!
I did close to 6 hrs of yardwork yesterday, I got busy cleaning and prepping my garden area. Tilling the hard ground by hand is not fun...

I did 30 min of aerobic bodywork, with Jill Johnson. Tomorrow is more of the same with 20 min of yoga with upper body weights

30min on the treadmill (Should'a gone outside...)
20min Tabata routine with clubbells & rings
20 min yoga'esque stretching
