Did You Exercise Today???

Hit the gym early again, non weight bearing fitness seems ok,
but still hard work walking around. I am sure that will come in time, at least there is plenty that I can do.
10 minute rowing 2210 metres.
33 mins cross trainer levels 4-10, 2.4 miles.
20 mins bike levels 6-10, 5.5 miles.
10 min walk, 0.5 mile.
Well done to everyone for all the hard work, am envious of all the running.
Have a happy Easter.

Nice workout Dave, you'll be back to running soon. Just keep the fitness level up.
Did an 11 miler - nice pace, but walked the last mile or so. I was having problems with my feet and toes that turned out to be too tight shoes, but I didn't figure that out until too late.

I’ve been missing since Thursday – I did get some swimming in yesterday (nothing much, but better than nothing), and a lot of yard work.
Pam, sounds like you’ve had some amazing runs, just keep moving.
Tunnrida – you’re Ms. Reliable,
Dave, good job looking at the positive, there is much you can do, and it mseems like you are doing it!
Today was a quick mile run, followed by a new weight lifting routine, I’m going to need some help with some of my new moves, but that’s easy to get!

Hi all,
That's great running RunbikeSki. Do you have a half marathon coming up?
Been there with the running shoes. My first were a comfortable fit and looked good. I used them on a long run, and my feet were killing me for the last four or five miles. I didn't realise you had to get a slightly bigger size.
Good going Tunnrida. Is the 30 day shred a very intensive workout?
As for myself,
cross trainer 5k-41 minutes.
bike-6 miles in 20 minutes.
Walk-1.1 miles in 20 minutes( holding the rail).
Plus some of the machines-arm rowing, inner and outer thigh, and bicep curl.

Dave, have you moved into the gym? Looks like two hours of working out!
Today was a spinning class, we have a new instructor. She also took the class last Tuesday, and I thought she was a sub, but it appears she’s taking it over. She’s soft spoken, although runs a challenging class, I took a few minutes afterwards to talk to her about sound issues, she’s hard to hear over her own music – hope that works out. Somehow, she’s more like watching TV than the prior guy, he always seemed involved with the students, she says “you’re all doing great”, but I don’t catch the same eye contact, secret joke level he had with everyone – I expect you learn that when you get more comfortable.
I followed spinning with crunches – 25 on the decline bench with a 5 Lb weight, two sets of 8 knee raises in the captain’s chair, and 2 sets of 16 (8 each side) bicycle crunches.
Have a great day everyone!

In answer to your question Abby, I am back at work tonight so I will probably be back to about three times a week. I admit I have been up there most days lately.
Good luck with the spinning, the classes at my gym are never really convenient for me,
but if they change the times I would definitely be interested. I have only done one spinning class, and it was a good hard workout.
Today,
Cross trainer 33 minutes-2.45 miles.
Rowing 10 minutes-2225 metres.
Bike 20 minutes-5.17 miles.
Walk 10 minutes- half a mile.
