Lots of great activity posted , Turrinda, Jillian may be trying to escape from you soon! And then, add in a walk – I love it when I can just get somewhere by walking. There was one day this fall where I did that at lots of intervals, and realized at the end of the day, I had walked 10 miles – that used to be kind of normal!

Today was my long run day. The pillow almost won – resetting the alarm for 6 and sneaking in another hour of sleep, but I smelled the coffee (set on a timer to be ready at 5), I realized I would feel better with a good run, and so feet found the floor, and eventualy the treadmill – and it was worth it…. 5.12 miles in 50 minutes including warm up and cool down, using “random” elevation, and never turning the elevation down. The glow is strong today!

Tomorrow is the tenth day of Level 1 and then pause until Monday and then it starts with a level 2.
I will turn only stationary bike and walking this 3 days.
Walking is an excellent! :)

Legs and shoulders today. Supersets. My legs are like jello.
Went like this
3 sets each

Leg press
Shoulder press

Leg extension
lateral raise

Leg curl
front raises

seated calf
standing calf

reverse flyes with cable
static lunges with 20lbs

jump squats
one legged squats

it did Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred Level 1 - day 10 - 27min
and it barely because tired of the whole body, exercise 10 days without a break.

Stationary bike level 3 - 40min

Now the rest until Monday and move on to the Level 2,
but I will have schedule : exercises three days, one day only bike and like this 2 weeks

Hi everyone, great thread and will post here to keep myself accountable.
I belong to a fitness centre, have a bike and used to run quite a bit. I had an op in November, and just recovering from that I had a bad fall(not exercise related), in February. Because of this I was in a cast for six weeks, and a walking boot for the next two.
Anyway, my exercise kicked off today with two half hour walks. Tomorrow I hope to get to the gym for the first time in ages, easy session though.

Hmm..... This morning did a Cross fit circuit:

5 Vertical Push ups (though for me that meant just barely bend my elbows :D )
30 Push Ups
30 Squates
30 Tricep Dips
30 Ammo Can Push-Ups
Short Sprint

X 5.5 (last round we did half the amount hence the .5)

5 Log Flips ( log's about 150lbs I think? Maybe More?)
Buncha Planks

Now I'm off to do my Insanity Cardio Abs & Balance....

Me too! Except it's my first day of level 2.

I also put in a 2 mile walk, because it was gorgeous outside today.

Well I made to the gym.

1.5 mile walk on the treadmill( 2.5 mph -3 mph), time 32.07 mins.

6 miles on the bike( 4m level 5, 1m level 6, 1m level 7), time 32.18- average HR 100.

Also a mile cycle ride each way as well.

Tomorrow's target will be similar, as I found today hard enough.
