I experienced that massaging helps us to improve health. There are a lot of benefits of massage so we can include some of them like; It helps us to reduce stress, increase relaxation, reduce aches and pains and tension in muscles. It improves circulation, energy and alertness, lowers heart rate, blood pressure and improves immune function.

Sitting at a desk all day then hitting the gym has been wrecking my neck and shoulders. Stretching and foam rolling only did so much. A trainer at my gym recommended the Hand neck massager and I have been using it for a few months now. It wraps around and kneads like actual fingers, not just vibrates. The heat setting is great for loosening things up after a heavy upper body day. Way easier than trying to reach my own back with a lacrosse ball. Definitely helps with daily recovery between workouts. Just make sure you get the original version because the cheap copies break fast.
