i have a herniated disc so i dont push myself hard. my husband graduates in april. i want to be walking right by then. my legs feel like lead and i tend to drag them. im doing stationary bike and elipiicall machine to strengthen leg just started last week what exercises to i need to do to make sure im walking right by april i posted a forum to ask the same question but no one answered
