My fitness routine

Post My fitness routine

Here's my calisthenics routine. I've modified it a few times to get it near perfect, trying to hit all muscle groups so I won't be underdeveloped in any areas.

Workout A

pushups
squat to calf raise
biceps pushups
jumping lunges
crunches

Workout B

dips
squat to calf raise
table pull ups
sideways squat walk
plank

rest 5 minutes

x2 sets to failure


If you have any recommendations, I'd be glad to hear them.

Well I tried your fitness routine and it's a good routine but I want to ask you, why don’t you try a 5 days workout routine. In these, you will cover all the body parts.

Wow, that is quite the routine. I can guarantee if you can follow this one up on a regular basis you'll nail your desire goal which you've in your mind.
