My fitness routine
Here's my calisthenics routine. I've modified it a few times to get it near perfect, trying to hit all muscle groups so I won't be underdeveloped in any areas.
Workout A
pushups
squat to calf raise
biceps pushups
jumping lunges
crunches
Workout B
dips
squat to calf raise
table pull ups
sideways squat walk
plank
rest 5 minutes
x2 sets to failure
If you have any recommendations, I'd be glad to hear them.
