I don't think it's possible to pick a place from which to lose fat - even when you exercise. You can tone up an area, but you lose fat from your body overall, not in specific spots. That's why liposuction is popular!

Exercise works when you follow a proper diet if your diet contains fats then doing exercise is not the solution, first, follow the proper diet then these following exercise might work for you:
1- Bicycle Abdominal Exercise
3-Leg Lifts

Try Tabatha technique. It is a very good exercise that you can do it home plus you can add other exercises to it.

I often do cycle crunches for losing my belly fats. Its a tough exercise, but it usually done it after proper warm up.

As far as I think there are many ways to reduce belly fat like zumba, gym, exercises, yoga.. rest is your choice..
