30 day ab challenge
I did a 30 day ab challenge. It was cool to see how my body changed over the day. Some days were worst then others. Working out is a challenge for my but I’m so glade I pushed my self.
my work out is:
crunches
leg raises
plank
if I felt like I should do more or even on my fee time I did extra.
