Here they are:
  1. Dead lifts
  2. Bulgarian Split Squat
  3. Walking Lunges
  4. Pull Ups
  5. Face Pulls
  6. Bonus exercise - LEG DROPS - For your core

All of these exercises, require special training, and must be do with guidance, otherwise they can do much harm than benefits.
