Shoulder Workout
I find it very hard to grow my shoulder muscles ... can anyone give me some tips on how to become bigger ? my arms and chest are really big compared to shoulders and i train every week
You might try to split the shoulder day into two, meaning that you train your front shoulder with the chest, for example, and the back shoulder another day, maybe with the back.
You can join gym for better shoulder workout .And also follow diet routine.Ayurveda is also effective to maintain health.
When are you doing your shoulder day? It might help if you take a whole day to dedicate to your shoulders, no legs or arms or anything. I think that may be the only way you can truly get the gains you are looking for.
WIth a workout in a gym. You need diet also.
yes fit4est is right.if you dedicate your whole day for shoulder and take a good meal you will get a good result.
my shoulders were in their prime when i gave them their own day so i would definitely recommend that as well. once i started doing shoulders after doing chest they went downhill

Bench dips are my favorite exercise for shoulders. I often do them with other exercises like crunches pull-ups and push-ups.

Bench presses helped me much in making my shoulder look good. You can start with basic level and can be advanced by keeping your routine and preventing injuries.

Building shoulders requires a lot of effort and consistency. Doing following exercises can help you a lot in building your shoulder mass.
Seated rear lateral raiseFace pullsDumbbell front raise45-degree incline rowFollowing a routine is must if you want to see results of above exercises. I'd also suggest to follow a video while doing exercises, it helps in maintaining good posture and prevent injuries |
A pendulum is the simplest exercise to relieve shoulder pain. Relax your shoulder and start rotating your arm, like you are drawing circles in the air. Do 10 small circular rotations everyday to see the results in the coming days.

Pushups. Pushups are the ultimate shoulder workout, arguably one of the most fundamental ones for both strength and muscle building. .
It's always a bad idea to lift a weight that's too heavy for you, but doing so while doing a shoulder exercise is especially dangerous. Shoulder injuries may keep you out of action for months if you overexert them before they're ready. They're delicate and intricate joints that are difficult to target.
