Low energy
There are good carbs and bad carbs, and most Americans eat way too many of the latter. Refined grains and simple sugars cause spikes and crash in your blood glucose levels that ultimately leave you feeling wiped out.

What time of night at you working out at? That might be another thing to consider is if you're just exhausted from your day.

I would try just plain green tea and CLA supplements first, instead of a preworkout. I use preworkout, but only because I workout early in the morning or late afternoon. Green tea and CLA supps are much cheaper, and they're safe to take multiple times a day. If you do want to try a preworkout, I use Methyl Pump 3.0 (available at GNC).
You could also try a few days of lower-intensity workouts; so you're remaining active, but your muscles get a bit of a break. |
I don't know about these ones that you've mentioned but I don't recommend using pre-work as your body will get used to it and you'll need it almost forever to maintain the same workout strength.

Great information.very well done.good for our health

I always had the same problems with sleeping after preworkout too and I recently found the solution. I now just take beta-alanine which is the main other ingredient in most preworkouts.

In my workout routine, i usually do hard exercises in the morning, and after that i take lunch, that helped me in losing my fats.

Being overweight or underweight can cause tiredness. That’s because your body has to work harder than normal to do everyday activities. If you’re underweight, you have less muscle strength, and you may feel tired more quickly.
