Fitness Training Indicators
Hello,
I'm a french student in Engineering of Human Motion and Sport's Product Design.
As part of my course, I would like to know the needs of fitness lovers about monitoring devices and indicators. The purpose of this questionnaire is to define a product and fitness indicators that match with your aspirations.
In the present case, fitness includes all the physical activities like : Bodyweight Exercises, Cardio-training, TRX, Crossfit...

As a personal trainer i would love some kind if sensors or what not that would analyze what muscles a clients activate during a certain exercise and whether its an even distribution on both sides. For example such as squats, some people push more with one side then the other causing misalignment.
