good! im trying also. for start its a bit hard. but after a week i already used to it.

Good for cardio. I read it burns about 10 calories per minute but I am thinking that has to do with your body weight. It is really difficult to skip rope for an hour straight at first so just work yourself up with short periods of time over the day...5 minutes here...10 minutes there. I like watching a favorite show while jumping rope...stopping on the commercials and then doing push ups/sit ups/weights in between. Also make sure you have good shoes and land properly (on the balls of your feet) to decrease injury. Have fun and all the best in your weight loss journey.
