The Wed Club - Weekly Check-In for 6/30/10
 
Hi everyone,

I'm not sure it's my place to start a new thread for the week, but it's 9:30 on the west coast and nobody else has done it yet so here we go. I hope I'm not stepping on anyone's toes.

So how did your week go?

I'm down one pound, from 192.5 to 191.5. That puts me at 29.99 BMI - right on the line between overweight and obese. yay?

My week was really rough. Every temptation has come my way and my willpower has completely zeroed out. We've had too many birthday's to celebrate this month, which means cake and ice cream and cake and ice cream leftovers. The cake isn't really an issue, but the ice cream, well it calls to me from the deep freezer, "yoo-hoo come and get me". I also took a face plant while walking to the track where I run, so both knees are bruised as are my palms, so I've been working out at a lower intensity the past 3 days. So I'm up 1.5 pounds from 158.3 last Wednesday to 159.8 this week. Argh!!!
