Question How To Increase Bicep Muscles

Hiiiii everyone...
I would like to know about how to increase the bicep muscles without using any supplement??

To increase any muscle you do not have to use any supplements! You can follow a good nutrition plan in high proteins and carbs and your muscles will increased doing exersices for bicebs.

Supplements just help to receive proteins and carbs of vitamins and minerals that you can have from food. If you eat what is nessecary, you do not have to take supplements. But is very difficult to achieve good results without any supplements. You have to eat healthy a lot of times daily.

To grow you need to 2 things.

1 - Stress on the muscle. This is achieved by when you workout.

2 - Calories. It is a common misconception that you only need protein and only supplements work. This is not true!! Your need calories from a balanced diet. And by balanced I mean the correct level of fat, carbs and protein. You do not need supplements.

Curls are the best exercise for building bicep muscle, and you can do them with a barbell and weights or dumbbells. You can also try these exercises to increase your bicep muscles:
  • Incline curl
  • Barbell curl
  • Concentration curl
  • Hammer curl
  • Cable curl
  • Alternating dumbbell curl
