Arm workout for beginners

Don't focus only on arms. Focus on overall body. For Arm Workout try this :
1. Dumbbell preacher curls (changing arms after each set so there are 3 sets on each arm) 3 sets 10-12reps
2. Weighted chin ups 3 sets 10-12 reps
3. Standing e-z bar curl (the wierd shape bar) 3 sets of 10-12 reps
