Arm workout for beginners

Don't focus only on arms. Focus on overall body. For Arm Workout try this :
1. Dumbbell preacher curls (changing arms after each set so there are 3 sets on each arm) 3 sets 10-12reps
2. Weighted chin ups 3 sets 10-12 reps
3. Standing e-z bar curl (the wierd shape bar) 3 sets of 10-12 reps

It is great to have well-developed biceps, but make sure you don't forget to train the rest of your muscles in the upper and lower arm with the same volume and intensity as you do your biceps.
