Workout Program I used to lose weight!
Hello everyone, I was having a hard time keeping up with my fitness and this program was excellent! It helped me lose weight and it taught me self defense in the process. I do running, plank, rope skipping on daily routine to get myself fit.

For me its ropes, running and gym for 5 days in a week. Working out 5 days a week has proven best for me.
