walking with heavy pack
 

I walk about a mile to work with a heavy packpack, probably about 30 lbs with my work gear. How would i best handle that in the activities? Should i pick backpacking instead of walking? (it doesn't seem to specify the walking speed for 'backpacking'). I think this site is a little vague on the activity side of things, if there was more info on what each thing means....
