Building Legs
Hey everyone!
I just started my own channel where in my first video I take you through my leg day routine with an emphasis on glutes and quads. I would really love for you to take a look & check it out! I am totally open to feedback and would really like to hear what you guys have to say.

exercise of legs is more important so some time u have issues with legs, i mean they starting pain so i will suggest u some braces or belts which helps u a lot

I think if u want a building your legs properly this is the best way which u told us but I think football could also the best way to fit your legs. for play football you have to take interest in football so watch football leagues, leagues, and tournaments. like nowadays I'm watching Afcon 2017 live this is a most interesting soccer cup.

Legs, the most neglected muscle.Cycling is a must do, at least cycle for 40-50 km's once a week( personally tried) and results were awesome.
