Other threads around here suggest ballparking around 500 calories, but like you said, it depends on you and your intensity and the workout, yadda yadda yadda. Plyo will probably work you more, the yoga days a lot less. I'd focus on the diet plan that comes with P90x, make sure you're eating within your calorie range and you'll be sure to see results.
