Default How to avoid and prevent stretch marks?

The main way to prevent stretch marks is maintaining the correct weight because the ups and downs of weight can make the skin suffer cracks delete those difficult, but not impossible. Also remember that prevention is always better than cure, so it is best to keep your weight closely watched.

Massages are also quite beneficial to prevent stretch marks, are especially recommended for pregnant women because they are more likely to suffer from them, these massages should be made with almond oil or wheat.

Other products you can use to make massages and prevent stretch marks appear are:
- Cocoa butter or butter, with which you can float your stomach, buttocks. breasts and hips at least twice daily.
- Vitamin E, A, with rose oil to massage the more prone to stretch mark areas are the best solution to avoid them. These products can also be used for massages in people who practice weight lifting, for that sport also it causes grooves.
- Vitamin C can also be very useful in the treatment to prevent stretch marks, Vitamin C promotes the production of collagen , which prevents new stretch marks go.
- A diet rich in protein .
- Drink plenty of water will keep your skin well hydrated.

- Increase consumption of fruits and vegetables, as they are great for improving the texture and elasticity of the skin.
- The exercise Soft is very important to maintain skin elasticity.

Fresh stretch marks appear initially as red lines and then slowly fade to a pale white color over the course of several months
