Question about the Activity Area Of FitDay
#2

I am guessing that food and fitness websites assume you can obtain reasonably accurate data about food because there is nutrition information on the panel of the food packaging. So they give you the option of creating a custom food.
People can enter nutrition data about some homemade food but it may involve many steps. Which still require data from a nutrition database (nutrition information for baking powder, for example).
How would you construct a physical activity using an accurate database? For example: walk 5 blocks to the Y, the last block is uphill, carrying a backpack with 20 lbs of books. That would be great to be able to construct as a custom activity. I am just not sure you could easily or accurately do it.
