I was about to suggest you running and skipping but after reading the complete post I stopped. I donít think skipping rope would be easy for you either. With pain I doubt if you even walk properly. Consult a doctor and get relief from the pain and try skipping and running. The other way is to go for home exercises, there are loads of them available online.

You can even find exercises to do while seated. Google 'seated exercise.' The elderly and people recuperating from illness sometimes find it easier to exercise while seated. Anyone can do it!

Default Best Suggestion For you

You should buy a training gear which is not much costly. I have been doing fitness and exercises at home from past many years. i have bought CoreX Resistance Trainer and after using it for quite sometime the results are very positive for me. I think you should go ahead and check it out.
