Boob exercise?

Hey, guys. I have DD cup boobs, and they sag WAY too much - I was wondering if anyone had any good (free) workout routines to decrease boob sag. Thanks in advance! :)

Alas, gravity works its magic on all of us women! I suggest asking your doctor for advice.

This might be unhelpful advice, but I do remember reading about how wearing a bra contributes to sagging breasts. I think when you wear a bra less your muscles have to work more to support your breasts. So, while not really what you wanted (and perhaps something you don't want to do) you could try wearing a bra less, like when you are home. (I was googling trying to find the article I had read, and did find a article that said that wearing a bra that is too tight might contribute to the development of breast cancer, so that might be something we should all keep in mind. )

I would think that it would be the other way around. Sagging would get worse by not wearing a bra to support the breasts, but I'm no authority. I don't think there is anyway to keep a DD from sagging other than breast reduction surgery.

No one's happy. The big girls want smaller ones, the small girls want bigger ones. There are exercises you can do to strengthen your muscles, but it's not going to keep a DD from sagging, IMO.
