Is it accurate to say that you are so short on time that driving 20+ minutes to the gym keeps you from getting your workouts plan in? Then again perhaps you’ve got an alternate motivation to need to prepare at home. In any case, we’ve made a three-days-for every week lifting program that obliges, equipment-wise, just the minimum needs – a set of movable dumbbells and a customizat.

Although the person who started the thread has been banned, nevertheless I want to make my contribution.
For chest and shoulders pushups is the best exercise, easy to go workout with a lot of impact on the body. This is my experience, as well as my research. One should try different types of pushups and the repetition can be increased gradually for better results.

Best excercise
For upper chest you can do incline bench press, incline dumbbell bench press, incline dumbbell flys and regular bench press work great. For shoulders, deltoid flys, shoulder press, military press. I'm guessing the collar bone area you're taking about is your traps. Shrugs with dumbbells or barbells are about the only thing that isolates those.

For chest exercises, my experience:
1. Classic shoulder exercises sitting dumbbell shoulder press
2. The deltoid toe training action-barbell standing before flat lift
3. The classic shoulder movement of the deltoid muscle-dumbbell lateral lift
4. Rear deltoid muscle training exercise-sitting posture with chest bird
