The Devil's Diet

It is based on the number 666.

You only observe the diet 6 days a week, but still keep portion control on the seventh day. (That is the first 6.) You can only eat foods with no more than 60 grams of fat per about 300 calories. The 300 can fluctuate a bit. (This is the second 6.) You have to do some sort of exercise for 60 minutes each of the 6 days you are on your diet. (That is the last 6)

60 grams of fat per 300 calories???? Butter has less than that.

Maybe it's 60 calories from fat per 300 calories? That would be 20% cals from fat max, which makes some sense.

Uhh, is there any research or studies on this, or did it just come forth from your nether regions?

Or do you expect everybody to Google it, like I did, and buy it from your cut-rate vanity publisher Lulu?

:(

What a horrible name and idea for a diet.
