Raw fruit and veggie detox?

Im looking for a diet PLAN for a raw fruit and veggie detox that I can use to kickstart my weightloss and help me get rid of a lot of water weight that resulted from a recent surgery.

Can anyone help me find a site that actually gives you a meal plan to follow? Ive previously had a very hard time knowing which fruits and vegetables to eat that are healthiest and still supply at least 1200 calories a day. Its hard for me to follow through because I simply dont know what to eat.

Keep in mind that I do not intend to use this as a 'quick fix', just a jumpstart into a long term healthy diet and a cleanse from the junk Ive been eating while healing from surgery.

No such thing as detox, your liver takes care of that quite well. Even eating junk food does not result in "toxins" in your body.
Try this. Next time someone mentions detox diets, ask what the toxins are and by what mechanism the diet removes said toxins.

Excess fluid from surgery should come off in short order, maybe cut back on your salt intake.
It may be simple swelling from the surgery and only time will reduce that.

All fruits and veggies are healthy, just eat a variety. Also, you need protein. A diet of only fruits and vegetables is a recipe(ha!) for trouble.

Be aware, any site promoting a specific diet is selling that diet. You can't trust them.
