Hey all,
I have been not eating meat for about 7 years now (just don't like it). Anyone have advice on how to get that Vitamin B, D, iron, etc. that I seem to keep lacking in my blood results?
I am always running around so find it hard to make full meals like fish, etc....if anyone has ideas on what to eat to replace meat on a budget and on the run it would be much appreciated!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Eggs are a good source of vitamin B-12 and iron as well as selenium and Protien. Eggs also have a small amount of vitamin D but fish is probably the best dietary source. Just being out in the sunshine you will absorb vitamin D.
