Good for you!!! Any updates?

I did 2 rounds of HCG..........

1st round I did the drops and struggled with hunger.

2nd round I did the injections and I was never hungry, as a matter of fact, I had to force myself to eat.

I transitioned back over to the Primal Blue Print plan and I was maintaining, but now I am starting to lose inches and pounds again.

I will be starting a 3rd round right after Christmas.

I'm curious, how safe is this diet and are there any side effects? cost?

The company that now sells homeopathic-hcg drops around here (Canada) charges $149. per bottle...no mention of the size or anything...I am disappointed since I was all gung ho to try it!!! Since it is an actual health food store, it is more likely to be reputable than some of our on-line options (some orders from the U.S. get confiscated at the border so I am not willing to take a chance...).

Another option is hgcdietcanada...I think it may be a sister company to your hcgdiet...
They use Myhcg drops plus...Has anyone used this specific brand? They are supposedly on sale so I am seriously considering them if anyone can please provide me with some feedback.

Any one else doing the HCG shots ? Im going to be starting them this week and just wondering what results others have had so I know what to expect ?

There's a few threads about the various forms of HCG. Folks seem to have good results (the 500 cal diet may have something to do with it ;)) so check them out.
