I'm using HCG Fusion- I tried a different HCG brand before but this bottle from HCG fusion is cheaper and I am less hungry on it. You can get it from link removed Tell them Melinda sent you?

Good Luck!

I actually found a homeopathic drops along with a guide thru my chiropractor (who practices kinesology and is a homeopath). Do you get consultations for your $110? I know others who have done syringes and a shot type drink. I am on my second day and it is going well. Best of luck on your maintenance weeks.

If you want to go with a homeopathic drops that last your round, I have a good source thru my chiropractor. Very affordable with a guide.

Good for you on HCG. I am going thru my homeopathic chiropractor who gave me a guide. How much milk are you using? I am only allowed one Tbls. a day. As for exercise in Phase 2, it says to limit it to a 20 minute moderate walk a day - or something of like exersion as it will actually stall your weight loss in Phase 2. At only 500 cals a day, it is not recommended less you faint. Phase 3, maintenance, I believe excercise is ok as it is a 1500 cal. diet.

Look at link removed Oral Homeopathic HCG Drops for Healthy Weight Loss![/url] as it is a really god deal for what you get and the drops are easy to use. They are different from the ones I am getting thru my homeopathic chiropractor, but are about the same price. With this deal, you also get other tools to help you.

Hi. I am normally a Primal Blue Printer, but started HCG under the advice and direction of my doctor.

I am working to not only get the weight off, but also to reset all of the glands of the Endocrine system. I am down 8.8 pounds since I started my loading on July 23, 2010.

I started my TOM on Saturday. It was the first TOM I had had since March of 2009. That tells you how messed up my hormones and Endocrine system is.

is anyone here still doing the HCG thing or has everyone went back to their old way of eating?

Default HCG diet

I have done the HCG diet since June 9. I did the shots for 42 days and lost 40 pounds. I then went to a modified Atkins for 6 weeks and lost 20 pounds. I am now back on HCG and have lost 16 pounds and this is my 20th day on the diet. I am feeling fine and I go to the doctor every 4 weeks to maintain my health. I have lost a total of 76 pounds. I still have 60 more to lose and am still plugging away. I have heard about the drops, etc but I am doing the shots 6 days a week. I do not take a shot on Saturday. This has really worked for me and I do not get hungry!

Wow. That is awesome. I am hoping to do the 43 day round. I have never made it that far. How did you modify the Atkins diet?
