Aqua Full

Has anyone tried the Aqua Full packets... part of the Fullbar line? You put the packets in water and drink it 30 minutes before eating so you don't eat as much!

Just wondering how it has worked for anyone. I am going to start it tomorrow... I will report back if anyone is interested!

No I haven't tried Aqua Full. I did try the Fullbars, and basically they didn't taste good enough, nor work well enough to counter the 200-300 calorie price tag. They taste like stale Sugar Pops (or maybe packing peanuts) with chocolate or peanut butter on them, and I've never been a fan of Sugar Pops.

never heard of it but drinking water alone 30 mins. before a meal will cut back you appetite.

Yes, I had always done the water thing... but I wanted to try a little added help. For only 20 calories...

It definitely makes you feel fuller than just water. But the feel doesn't last too long on just the water mix alone. (They recommend you take it with the Fullbar, but I didn't think it would be worth the extra 200 cals.) Then I was taken out to lunch by my boss and co-worker to a burger place. I proceed to just eat my turkey burger with sauce and no bun and am definitely satisfied! Interesting concept- I will see if it continues to help.

I have never heard of it either but tearing up 2 cups of romaine lettuce and drizzling balsamic or other vinegar will help fill you up with a glass of water before mealtimes too...for about 20 calories and no chemicals and lots of roughage!!..and it is cheaper.

Yes, lettuce has "no chemicals" but I am recovering from some food poisoning via romaine and just can't stomach the thought of it right now!

There are lots of things one can do with water to make you feel full... and that's why I thought I'd test out AquaFull as well. But... not worth the money.
