Default God's Country diet...anybody?

My boy put me on to this diet. Basically, its anything that occurs naturally in nature. Works pretty well since its almost naturally low-carb (not Atkins low, but still low) because there's no white rice, pasta, or bread.

Found it works really well and I have been losing an average of 4-6 pounds a week with working out 5 days a week.

Anybody else?

I don't know that I've heard it called that before, but it sounds fairly close to what a lot of us on the forum are doing. Paleo and Primal are both sort of along those lines. Sounds like you've hit the ground running, good luck and welcome to the forum.

I'm going to look into this diet, I'm already doing low carbs tho.
