Pineapple in every meal works pretty well too! you know the fibers and all that stuff that it had in it? it works pretty well too for those who wanted to lose some of their weight.. you should try it sometimes you know?

Flat body can be achieved by applying proper diet plan. Drink plenty of water about 8 to 10 glasses of water per day. Deny all the fat and over eating habits. Use simple and fresh food like fruits, boiled vegetables. Also with cardio work out help to keep fat at a low point.
