Trying to put on some healthy weight.

I’m a bit smaller, M21 5’6” 120 lbs. I’ve never really been happy with my body and I hate skinny jokes and stuff because they lowkey hurt me. I wanna put on some serious weight but I don’t wanna do that by eating oreos, potato chips, ice cream and other junk. I was wondering if anyone knew some good snacks I could be eating that aren’t terrible for my health in the long run. I have a lot of trouble getting my calorie surplus without “snacks”. Thanks

Weight gain is not the same for everyone. I was underweight when I was a teenager. Sometimes a regular diet is not the solution. Then I argued with my doctor about my health issues. He suggested some exercise and diet tips. If you want to gain weight then you can also try this.
  • Build more muscle. Both cardio and weight training are important for overall health, but weight training is an absolute must when you want to build more muscle.
  • Eat frequent meals.
  • Enjoy high calorie foods.
  • Use more condiments.
  • Try shakes and supplements.
  • Don't fill up on water.
