I like onion with my food too. My favorite way to use onion is to slice them thinly into rings and then slice some cucumbers into rings too. I then put them in a container with a lid and will fill the container up 3/4 of the way with water and the other 1/4 of the way with white vinegar. Add a few shakes of black pepper, give this a stir and then refrigerate. Give it about 3-4 hours and then take out what you'd like to eat. Goes great with foods and make a good snack as I am dieting.
